Update 8 Apr: Not for the normal ones, the Showaufguss „saunistas“, but for the special ones & the rich? How international could AUFGUSS WM be this year under these special circumstances? Is it only for the money and for the entertainment of the happy few from abroad?

On FB there is criticism about the procedure of (VIP) ticket sales for AUFGUSS WM at Aquardens Terme Verona/Italy. The exact time of starting the ticket sales was probably not announced before, so that community insiders could get their VIP passes in advance. From abroad it doesn’t make much sense to come for one or perhaps six days for max. 6×5=30 rituals to Italy, for 644€. Only the (very expensive) VIP Pass for 950€ (ca. 158€ a day) for unlimited access would be reasonable for those who can afford it. It’s not known how many VIP passes were available.

Is the quality of the services & performances really worth the whole investment in coming to Aufguss World Championship 2025?

Nota: Auch die Posts der AUFGUSS WM wenden sich augenscheinlich nicht an die interessierte (Medien-) Öffentlichkeit („Gäste“), sondern an die Insider-Community („Aufguss family“). Dementsprechend war die allgemeine Resonanz, bis auf die Startphase ab 2013, in den letzten Jahren eher bescheiden. Die AUFGUSS WM als internationaler special interest Event ist noch stärker als die „national competitions“ an sich selbst ausgerichtet (Bubble, Echokammer). Die Aufguss affinen Saunagäste werden zwar allenthalben bemüht als „Zielpersonen“ („target persons“), haben de facto – insbesondere bei der Bewertung – keinerlei relevanten Einfluss auf das Wettbewerbsgeschehen. Es sei denn, es gibt – parallel – einen Einfluss nehmenden Publikumspreis. „There is the possibility to award a public award. Whether and in what form this prize is awarded is up to the organizer. The number of selected guests for a potentially organized public jury, as well as the number of the expert jury, may vary in the Qualifyings – however, the scoring system and the weighting remain identical.“

Eine intuitiv-emotionale Bewertung der gezeigten Show-Aufgüsse – durch (ausgewählte?) Gäste – ist demnach nicht vorgesehen. Eine qualifizierte Vorab-Information zu den Storylines gibt es bislang nicht.

Fakt ist: Als wiederkehrendes Ereignis seit circa zehn Jahren hat sich das Event-Format AUFGUSS WM im allgemeinen Bewusstsein bis heute nicht erfolgreich etablieren können, auch die Namen der Gewinner/innen nicht, allenfalls als „bunte Meldungen“ aus dem Kuriositätenkabinett der „Mainstream“-Medien. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen findet diese Competition keine breite öffentliche Resonanz. (Gen.)

Update 20 Dec, 11 am: There is still information gap about AUFGUSS WM general meeting last week. Especially the Play-offs host is not mentioned officially.

Update 13 Dec, 5 pm: With a three-day delay after the general meeting of INFUSION of the world Cup, yesterday at noon, but only on IG & FB, there is an official confirmation about the date and the next host of INFUSION of the world Cup in 2025 (15 – 21 September). A special interest of information first of all for the international "infusion-Family" (i. e. Community, Bubble, an Echo chamber).

AUFGUSS WM is in own perception of "the world's most prestigious infusion competition".

Already three days ago only Aquardens Terme Verona itself already announed on IG first the date and host of next AUFGUSS WM on IG: 14/15-20/21 September.

Jury Member Lasse Eriksen, who was the first in last september who indirectly named on FB Aquardens as the next INFUSION world Cup event venue in September, 2025. SISU was the first and only news medium, which therefore named already in last september Aquardens as the probably new INFUSION world Cup event venue in 2025.

In the meantime INFUSION of the world Cup and the German Sauna Association (Deutscher Sauna-Bund), had reported a little bit in general about the jury, training and the general meeting on 9 – 10 December, but without hard facts, which public and community want to know.

Update 10 Nov, 9 pm: On FB & IG: AUFGUSS WM reports a little bit on yesterday's jury training, but no relevant information yet, so on general meeting today.

8 pm: Aquardens announces on IG this evening, that AUFUSS world Cup bite from 15 to 20 September 2025 in Terme Verona, the largest Thermal Parc in Italy wants.
