Aug: Sauna aid, „a multi-country initivative, sponsored by the International Sauna Association (ISA), to provide sauna facilities and therapy to displaced people“, gives moral support of the political initiative “ Sauna for Gaza“, 3 Aug (sunday). Company proceeds on this day should be donated „to Medical Aid for Palestinans (MAP)“.

SISU 2023
„There is no war in Sauna“: Für heute, 11. März, hat die ISA International Sauna Association, Helsinki – angesichts des Ukraine-Kriegs und der zehntausenden von Erdbebenopfern in der Türkei und in Syrien – zur Spendenaktion „world sauna aid moment“ auf. (s. auch SISU v. 21. Dez 2022). Diese ambitionierte Marketing-Idee der ISA ist bereits ein Jahr alt und wurde auch auf dem 18. ISC International Sauna Congress letzten Herbst in Stuttgart vorgestellt. Durch den fundraising event sollen „at least“ 150.000 Euro zusammenkommen. (Nota: Wie hoch der Betrag tatsächlich gewesen gewesen ist, ist nicht bekannt.)
